List of Document Required for Admission:

  • Certificate of Passing for the Qualifying Examination (S.S.C or its equivalent) along with a true copy of the Statement of Marks.
  • HSC Science/Technical/ITI Marksheet (if applicable).
  • School/Institute Leaving Certificate (after Qualifying Examination)
  • Certificate of Date of Birth (if not mentioned in the School Leaving Certificate)
  • Certificate of Nationality/Domicile Certificate showing Indian Nationality and Domicile status.
  • Caste Certificate from the Executive Magistrate or Tahsildar for Backward Class candidates.
  • Income Certificate if income up to Rs. 8 lakhs for E.B.C. (Open), OBC, VJNT, SBC, SC, freeship and Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS).
  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate valid for the current year.
  • Gap Certificate (if applicable).
  • CAP Allotment Letter (for CAP Round Admission only).
  • Five Passport-Sized Photographs and Two Sets of Attested Xerox Copies of all documents.
  • Certificate for Physically Handicapped Candidates if claiming reserved seat.
  • EWS or SEBC Certificate (if applicable).
